Active in the media and advertising industry for more than 25 years. Mr. Trensch worked in music distribution (sound recordings), then as a freelance music manager, was employed by advertising agencies (media), founded a sound and dubbing studio, and localized audio productions for edutainment, infotainment, and games until 2005. He was self-employed with the online portal sprecherarchiv.de and has been running the advertising agency Imageworker® (winner of the 2009 SME Program award) in Hamburg since 2005.
As a coach on topics such as online sales and marketing, sales training, and start-up support, he worked for the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, the einfal Academy, and many others. In this role, he conducted numerous training courses and workshops. In his previous agency work, Mr. Trensch advised clients such as the German Shipowners' Association, Wohnmeile Halstenbek, DRK, Seiko Optical, Erich Utsch AG, Realtime Technology AG, Thyssen Krupp AG, as well as numerous start-ups and sole proprietorships.
